This message is for everyone who had requested a hotel room and didn’t have one yet. I was able to finally get the rooms sorted, I apologize for the delay.

The hotel had a transition with their group sales agent, and also accidentally overbooked their double rooms. While they do not have any more double rooms available, she did upgrade our block to the king suite rooms which include a king bed and a pullout bed for the same price. So you will still have two beds in a room, even though it is not the original double beds we were hoping for.

She was very apologetic and has also requested to please have the rooms booked as soon as possible because of how close we are to the event.

Please pay attention to the room style you choose because there is one regular king room in the block for someone. You want to choose the suite so you have both beds.

Please respond to this message and let me know you have secured your room so that I can keep track of who may not have received the information. I would greatly appreciate it.
